Took the full cover after ridiculously bad past experiences with insurance companies. Full cover and exactly what it meant. I’ve unfortunately had to use Approved-Roof Insurance 3 times in the space of 2 years but each time the job was done. He even clears the gutters out after every Autumn so I can highly recommend.
